Quotes and estimates

Prices given before an on-site assessment are estimates. A firm price is confirmed once we have assessed the property and the work required. Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to access and site conditions.

Our services

We provide drainage surveys and repair services. Survey reports describe the condition observed at the time of inspection; drainage systems can change over time and reports are not a guarantee of future condition.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from the website is limited to the extent permitted by law. The website is provided "as is" and we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
