Drain Relining
Repair damaged pipes from the inside with a cured-in-place liner — a strong, seamless new pipe within the old one, no digging required.
Drain relining (cured-in-place pipe, or CIPP) repairs a damaged pipe from the inside. A resin-saturated liner is inserted, inflated against the existing pipe wall and cured to form a strong, jointless new pipe inside the old one.
It seals cracks, stops leaks and blocks root ingress — all without excavation, making it ideal where the pipe runs under a drive, garden, floor or building.
Why it matters
No excavation
The pipe is repaired from within — no digging up gardens, drives or floors.
Seamless & strong
The cured liner forms a jointless pipe that resists roots and leaks.
Long lifespan
A properly installed liner can extend the life of a drain by decades.
How it works
- 01
Survey & clean
We survey and jet-clean the pipe to prepare it for lining.
- 02
Install liner
The resin liner is inserted, inflated and cured in place.
- 03
Final survey
A camera survey confirms a smooth, sound, fully sealed pipe.
Drain Relining — your questions answered
Is relining as good as a new pipe?
For most defects, yes. The cured liner forms a strong, jointless pipe and seals cracks, leaks and root entry points.
Can every drain be relined?
Most can, but a fully collapsed or badly deformed pipe may need excavation. We confirm suitability with a survey first.
