CCTV Drain Experts ("we", "us") provides CCTV drain surveys and drainage services across the UK. You can contact us at support@cctvdrainexperts.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and any information you include in your message.

When you submit a form on this site we also record a small amount of technical information alongside your enquiry: the URL of the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string, your country (derived from your IP), and your IP address. This information is stored together with your enquiry in our secure database (Cloudflare D1) and is used to operate the form, prevent abuse and respond to you.

When you use the website, we may also collect standard analytics data (such as pages visited and approximate location) once analytics is enabled.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes and services.
• To arrange and carry out surveys or repairs.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms (using IP address and user-agent).
• To improve our website and services.

Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, preventing form abuse and running our business.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted providers to operate the site and our business — including hosting (Cloudflare) and analytics (Google Analytics, once enabled). These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email support@cctvdrainexperts.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
